My Day Counts partners with nearly 70 different employers, who have hired program participants and given them the opportunity to perform valuable tasks and receive meaningful work experience. Our organization has invested in equipment and nearly 400 curriculum courses that prepare participants for gainful work in the community. Additionally, participants receive extensive training, engage in both onsite and community-based paid and volunteer work that provides real hands-on training experiences. Companies such as; Albertsons, AMC Theaters, Chapman University, Costco, Food 4 Less, the Grand Legacy Hotel, Home Depot, Hope International University, Lowe’s Home Improvement, McDonald’s, Pavilions, Petsmart, Stater Bros., Trader Joe’s, Vons and Walmart offer integrated and competitive employment and pay participants at least minimum wage.
